Ron loved the outdoors, camping, going to the beach, planting in the garden, and sitting in the dark to explore the stars. He loved his dogs, Tonka and Minnie and yearned to live on a farm with lots of animals. Ron was part of the dance group called the Go-Go Boys in the 60's, along with Nick Pintande, Alonzo Pratt and Fred Queen. They performed with the popular band, the Combinations, danced at the Notre Dame Dances, the Green Onion and other nightspots. Everyone loved the Go-Go Boys. He continued to dance all his life.
