Louise Lambert Limberg

Louise C. Limberg, 73, of Macungie, PA, formerly of Easton, passed away on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 in Lehigh Center of Macungie. She was the loving wife of Michael Limberg. Born October 15, 1947 in Easton , she was the daughter of the late Herman Lambert and Sarah Weaber. Louise was a graduate of Easton High School, Class of 1965. While living in Easton, she was employed at the Dixie Cup and the Peke- Inn Restaurant in Phillipsburg, NJ. Later, when her and Mike moved to Stroudsburg, she worked as a hostess at Mollie's Restaurant on Main St. and All Phase Electric in Hazelton. Louise loved to travel. Along with her husband Mike, she enjoyed trips throughout the United States and Europe as well as numerous cruise destinations over the years. In her spare time, she loved to shop at Chico's; a trip she didn't share with Mike! Louise is survived by 3 step daughters; Amy J. Andrews, Leslie Morrone and Lisa Bierbach, 8 grandchildren; Casmir J.and Nicholas M. Ditkosky, Anthony, Dominick and Gina Morrone, Abby and Emma Andrews and Matthew Karell, 1 great grandchild and her brother James DeLong. She was predeceased by her daughter Stephanie Abel-Ditkosky in 2018. Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Wednesday, August 25 from 10-11 am in the Schmidt Funeral Home, PC, 407 Belvidere St., Nazareth. A time of sharing memories will follow at 11 am.
