Jeanette Orth PHILLIPSBURG, NJ Jeanette Orth, 71, of Phillipsburg, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2019, at Hospice House of the VNA of St. Luke's in Bethlehem, PA, with her loving family by her side. Jeanette was born in Easton, PA, on Jan. 3, 1948, to the late Moritz John and Evelyn Rounsaville Geiger. Jeanette was a special needs paraprofessional with the Phillipsburg School District at Green Street School. She was a graduate of Easton High School, Class of 1965. Jeanette enjoyed shopping, trips to Lancaster with her daughters, and going to the casino. Most importantly, Jeanette loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Jeanette is survived by her husband of 54 years, Robert A. Orth; daughters, Kim Williams and her husband, Rick, of Southington, CT, and Karen Amato and her husband, Gerald, of Palmer Township, PA; son, Robert J. Orth and his wife, Sharon, of Stewartsville, NJ; grandchildren, Ricky and Rachel Williams, Alexis and Nicolette Amato, and Bobby and Madeline Orth; and a brother, William Geiger. Services for Jeanette will be private, at her family's convenience. The Rupell Funeral Home, LLC, 465 Memorial Pkwy., Phillipsburg, NJ 08865 has been entrusted with the arrangements.
