Bryan R. Bowlby, 49, of Los Gatos, Calif., died Tuesday in a motorcycle accident near his home. He was the husband of Lisa Bowlby. He worked for J. Lohr Winery, San Jose, Calif. Born in Easton, he was a son of Harriet L. Bowlby of Bethlehem and the late Robert P. Bowlby. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Survivors: Wife and mother; sister, Bonnie Roberts of Bethlehem, and brother, Tim of Wind Gap. Memorial services: 11 a.m. Wednesday, Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Wilson. Arrangements, A.A.A. Cremation Services, San Bruno, Calif.

Saturday's deaths bring the number of Highway 17 fatalities just this month in Santa Clara County to three, Nicholson said. The first to die was Bryan Robert Bowlby, 49, of Los Gatos, who was killed when he lost control of his BMW motorcycle near the Big Moody Curve on Jan. 9, Nicholson said.
