Heater, 76, of Bushkill Township, passed away Saturday, October 14, 2023, in St. Luke's Hospital-Anderson Campus. Born October 31, 1946, in Easton, PA, he was a son of the late Calvin C. and Viola M. (Bruch) Heater. He and his wife, Gloria J. (Patterson) Hill-Heater, celebrated their 33rd wedding anniversary on October 12, 2023. Alan was a 1965 graduate of Easton Area High School. He retired in 2012 from Cenveo, formerly Cadmus and Mack Printing Company, where he was employed for 46 years. Alan enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, riding motorcycles, and attending car and motorcycle shows. In addition to his wife, Gloria, he is survived by two daughters, Michelle Lipyanic and her husband John III, of Bushkill Township, and Carol Manzo and her husband Thomas, of North Carolina; two step-sons, Richard Hill, and John Hill and his wife Kristal, of Kunkletown; a step-daughter, Tamela Shelly, of Pen Argyl; a brother, Richard W. Heater and his wife Susan, of Wind Gap; a granddaughter, Brianna Lipyanic; ten step-grandchildren and a great-granddaughter. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
